Sometimes our experiences can’t be placed in a box or category, but there is a sense of unease or unhappiness.

Relationship

We have expertise but are not the ‘experts’ on your experience. We believe in co-creating a nurturing relationship that supports you in reconnecting to yourself and what matters to you now, to make the changes you want in your life and relationships.

We care about our fellow humans and aim to create a gentle and confidential space where you can be heard and accepted just as you are, with whatever is troubling you.

We believe in the power of connection, recognising the importance of the individual, and their story in the wellbeing of everyone.

Offering low cost and affordable counselling improves accessibility for the diverse tapestry of people that make up our society. We are LGBTQ+ affirmative and believe everyone has a right to access support around mental and emotional wellbeing.

Flow was born out of the shared values and vision of two therapists who bring their individuality to the counselling relationship.

Cost

Many people are struggling with their mental health without the provision to support them.

We want to be part of giving the broad population of our local community the opportunity to access counselling and have chosen variable fees that sensitively reflect this.
